  1. Prepare 250 g of bread flour.
  2. Provide 50 g of wholemeal flour.
  3. Take 8 g of salt.
  4. Prepare 210 ml of water.

  10. Finally, bake the bread at 200℃ for 10 minutes, and then at 230℃ for 20 minutes..
